Exchange Period
Customers can easily exchange their products within 7 days from the day they receive their delivery.
Reverse Pick-up Services(Karachi only)
For the convenience of reverse pick-up in Karachi, a fee of Rs 200 will be charged at the time of delivering the exchange product.
Reverse Shipment Fee(Karachi only)
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Exchange from Other Cities
For the convenience of reverse pick-up in other, a fee of Rs 500 will be charged at the time of delivering the exchange product.
